@AxisBank@AxisBankSupport I’ve repeatedly raised complaint of unauthorized change to my KYC-address & contact were altered without my consent. Multiple SRs (250808457736,250910173173,251001353311). Escalation to CNO/PNO but no answers. They delay & deflect. This is serious.

I informed the exec during application. I wrote to branch head. I wrote to RM. I visited, filled CRF in Dubai rep office. I filled another form sent by RM. Called customer support who hung up on me. Broken systems? Missing processes? Siloed departments? What could be the issue?
@AxisBankSupport As NRI, I apply for credit card. Ref:86083311. Request RM to ensure card is delvrd to home branch for pickup. Visited Dubai Rep Office. Filled form. Was assured all sorted. But Axis sends card to India address 3 times. RM sends a new form. What is the problem?
