We left the Bermuda party late in the night (somewhere close to 3 a.m.) after having a wonderful time with people all across the world. When we reached the main gate of silk road Samarkand there were no taxis available at that time. Even the Yandex app wasn't helpful.

Just then we saw a guy come and say, "Hi I am David from ChessMood." It was IM David Shahinyan. We had all heard the name of David but never seen him in person! "I have booked a cab and can drop all of you to your hotel!" said David. And just like that he helped us to get back to our room!

Thank you David and it was a perfect end to the Bermuda party. While everyone from home can see the dancing and the partying - what truly the Bermuda party stands for is a space where people from close to 200 nations come together and are able to interact with each other! It's like one big family.

And David's gesture is a perfect example of that.
