I had prebooked the phone. I went to Samsung Operahouse on March 9th to purchase it but there were changes in credit card policies. After repeatedly trying to swipe multiple cards from 11 30 am, I was told to come back post 3 pm.
I again went on March 10th and tried registering for the points for 1.5 hours (in front of two Samsung Opera House staff. There were technical issues (as confirmed by the samsung back end employee) they said my points would be credited later. This still hasn't happened.
@SamsungIndia Stop with the lies..you guys don't care about your Indian customers.
Your customer care is beyond pathetic.. it's been more than 50 days since I was promised a resolution!
@SamsungIndia Hey Samsung! Instead of getting your employees to repeatedly call and cajole us to pre-book your products, why don't you spend that money on customer care?
@SamsungIndia@bbb_based I think you should definitely be worried as it's been over 50 days since I got a similar message from the customer..still no action and only silence. Their silence speaks volumes!!!
