Expectations -
1) I have never asked for replacement or repair
2) Request fell in deaf years for Installation and 1st Run guidance !!
3) Before sending technicians to home -Please confirm if they are allowed to tag multiple people ( Friends/ Other Technicians for house visits )

Avoid the machine at any cost!!

Negatives -
1) No PROPER Customer support for installation
2) No response other than Tickets being registered
3) Product is only reliable when there is depended customer service in this case it is nil
