5. I have visited more rounds of @royalenfield then SBI banks just because my issues are getting solved partially. I have been treated by service centre executives like i am riding a splendor whereas other service centres executive treats a Scotty guy with respect.

3. Just imagine you buy a bike worth 3 to 4 lakh (1% buys in India) & being treated like you are some kind of random guy who came here to get entertained. Man teach your staff some etiquettes. Even if it is a small task treat it like a task on priority.

2. The staff is not at all professional, they will treat you well until you're buying their bike. Once you buy their bike now welcome to the hellish experience & treatment from service centre executives. They treat you like they are doing some kind of favour upon us

1. My next bike will never be a @royalenfield bike. It's hard to get parts even if they can order the parts but they don't want to because it's a small task. I have been traveling to 3 different cities Dhar, Indore & Pune and all of them are having the same issues.
