Be there later at night
Islam is this, Muslims are that, Saudi Arabia is this, Saudi Arabia is that.
Then what the fuck is your business with an Islamic land in the first place? 😂
Nah your papa you keep for there? 🌚😂
lol 😂😅 this guy no sabi anything. You know what? Let me educate you.
First of all, what you did with the "Shinqiti" reference is a classic example of Tadlees. This is similar to what your principal used to do. The one who used to hide books under the table to spread misguidance.
Let me tell you what you do not know. In scholarship, when scholars say "Sheikh Shinqiti" or "Imam Shinqiti" without a qualifier like you did, it universally points to one specific giant: the great author of Adwa al-Bayan, Muhammad al-Amin al-Shinqiti.
The name Shinqiti is just a geographical attribution for someone from Chinguetti in Mauritania, and there are hundreds of scholars from there. But in serious academic circles, leaving the name unqualified always means one man: the master himself.
What you did with your previous post proves one of two things. Either you lack the basic knowledge of proper citation of scholars, or you intentionally kept the reference vague to deceive the public. You wanted people to think a giant of classical scholarship rejected the law of stoning.
Then when you got caught, you started retreating to hide behind a contemporary like Dr. Al-Mukhtar Ashinqiity. Who the hell is Dr. Al-Mukhtar Shinqiti?
Jsyk, he is a contemporary academic and political thinker. He is nowhere near the rank of a Mujtahid. When heavyweights of classical Islamic jurisprudence speak, he does not have the standing to perform Ijtihad, let alone override them.
Therefore, bringing his name to overrule the Sahaba and the four Madhahib is a joke. That is pure intellectual fraud. This shows you are deeply ignorant and you do not know how to properly engage with the opinions of scholars.
It is a clear pointer that you have a huge gap in your knowledge and you have never done any rigorous academic research on jurisprudential matters.
Since you claim you know Usool well, at least you used to boast with it, let me engage you with it so you can see how flawed your modernist revisionism is.
1) لا اجتهاد في مورد النص
There is no room for ijtihad when a definitive text exists. The Prophet (peace be upon him) carried out Rajm, and the Hadiths on this are decisive. You cannot brainstorm a new ruling when the text has already spoken.
2) إحداث قول ثالث بعد الإجماع باطل
In Usool, if the early generations had a consensus, or even if they differed on only two views, introducing a brand new dissenting opinion centuries later is invalid. The Sahaba and all four Madhahib agreed on stoning as binding law. Bringing Abu Zahra's 1972 opinion to break a 1400-year consensus is dead on arrival.
3) لا عبرة بالخلاف الشاذ
No weight is given to an anomalous disagreement. A solitary modern opinion that contradicts the established Ijma is classified as Shadh and is rejected outright.
4) نسخ التلاوة وبقاء الحكم
This is one major principle that you don’t understand. This is the abrogation of the recitation while the legal ruling remains binding. The Verse of Stoning was revealed and recited by the Sahaba. Allah abrogated its recitation but kept its legal application binding.
Umar warned us about people exactly like you who would try to reject it just because it is no longer recited in the Mushaf. Unfortunately, you are falling into the trap Umar warned the Ummah about 1400 years ago.
Can you see yourself? We are citing Umar, you are citing Yusuf Qardawi. lol 😂🤣
If your version of Islam requires cancelling the Sunnah to appease modern human rights sensibilities, you are watering down the religion.
I did not call you a munafiq yet. But I am warning you about where this path leads. When you start twisting clear Islamic laws because the classical texts embarrass you in front of the modern world, hypocrisy starts taking root in the heart.
Let us be very clear. I am not on your level. Any ignorance you spread here henceforth will be met with brutal intellectual flogging.
Allah knows best.
