How about an apology for causing inconvenience to passengers on 15 hours flight from Dallas to Doha on Jan. 31 st? Your poor maintenance of windows resulted in me constantly holding a white napkin with masking tape. Award winning customer service??

Qatar airways @qatarairways check out quality of windows in award winning airlines! No one in our rows could sleep on 15 hours flight from Dallas to Doha due to bright light from broken window. We got a white napkin with a tape to cover it which kept falling! No apologies Qatar?

Does anyone wonder why spectrum prices keep going up while quality of service keeps going down? I have had outage for last 3 hours in west side of El Paso. They told me they don't know the reason of outage and service will not be back up for another two hours.!!
