They don't lift the call and when at last after so many calls when they lift they say it's not correct no and scold us.

@IndiaPostOffice I have sent a parcel to Delhi on 3rd with tracking no CO076908780IN item not yet delivered. Raised a complaint 2000476452 also but no update till date. Please have a look.
