@combeferret honestly, i THINK that is less of the case here. “fat” is still kind of a categorization, unless one is speaking about themselves in which case any potential “soft” areas can be cause for calling YOURSELF fat. although definitely get a bigger sample size than Me.

@combeferret definitely!!! but i would argue that in american parlance, chubby =\= fat. which may be another thing you’re running into. which like…. is an explanation, but AGAIN. it’s not an either or thing. like you’re either fat OR you’re gorgeous etc etc. so STILL not great.

wedding party is over and deb and i are both sick and generally recovering so i’ll probably talk about it eventually but tl;dr it was VERY sweet and all of our guests seemed to have SO much fun! i love our friends and family. we surround ourselves with such wonderful ppl 🥹
