@careinsuranceIN After another day of waiting, the claim was declined again as promised by cared health .To my surprise, I learned that this insurance company only accepts claims that have gone to court. This reflects very poorly on the company and was my worst experience.

Health insurance with @careinsuranceIN has become a nightmare. My mother’s BP shot to ~200, she FAINTED at 11 PM & was rushed to Emergency and admitted to ICU. Care says hospitalization wasn’t needed & this could be done in OPD. How is THIS an OPD case? Please explain.
