It has been reached to the nearest hub for more than 2 days which is barely 3 KMs away from my location and it's still not delivered.
I'm seriously having a hard time getting my order delivered using your app.
@JioCare will you be able to resolve this prolonged issue? The 3-day internet outage situation is nothing less than mental harassment. Have made numerous calls to support but seems like the support team is not in a position to help customers. Is this how you run the company?

@JioCare The site engineer didn't show up during the scheduled time window, as expected from Jio support.
Is there any SLA for outage related issues? Any escalation matrix? This shows the competency of support management.
@JioCare Site engineer visits have been rescheduled multiple times. There is no update from the site engineer even though the visit is scheduled between 7:30 to 8:30 PM today. See attached.
@JioCare I regret my decision to choose jio airfiber connection. This is by far the worst support centre which literally doesn't care about customers. Can't trust this service anymore to work from home. Even the local service providers have better SLA and turnaround time.

@JioCare More than 36 hours of internet outage is not at all acceptable.
There is literally no accountability from Jio Airfiber support team. Service engineer visit was scheduled today between 3-4 PM IST but still no one has visited. Support keeps repeating same ans as if they are AI bots
