fuzz AI

The only AI you need for financial and equity research - powered by artham, India's very own SLM. 🇮🇳

fuzz turns one. 🎈

A year ago, fuzz was a simple chat box for getting verified answers to finance questions.

Today, it has evolved into a broader research platform, built around how investors actually discover, understand and consume information.

Here’s what changed. 🧵

@ARWealth up 2% intraday, announced record net equity inflows, on top of meeting guidance.

20th quarter result since listing where PAT growth YoY >20%. Consistency! 💪

@RaiseTheBarHQ has always believed on "Build" vs buy.

When I first joined the organisation back in April 2021, my first task was to build the onboarding stack from scratch. This allowed us to eventually be ready with the fastest onboarding journey for our trading and investing platform @DhanHQ .

We eventually went on to be one of the first trading platforms to build our own order management system (DEXT) as well.

This philosophy extended when we set up Raise AI last year. When everyone else was building a wrapper over frontier LLMs, we set up to build India's first and only SLM for Capital Markets, Artham.

#Artham has been running inside financial co-pilot platform @ask_fuzz, stock screening platform @scanx_trade, and @DhanHQ for over a year, summarizing market news, reading context into price moves, and answering user queries with live data drawn straight from official sources.

Our entire Voice AI architecture has been built in-house as well. This allows us flexibility to build custom voice solutions for any of our group entities, including @Upsurge_club and @PlutoInsurance. We believe a strong partner in text-to-speech, which understand Indian voice nuances, especially "numbers" for a financial institution like ours, is key to scale this over the next few years.

We thank @cartesia for being an early design partner in our journey as we continue to enable our customers to discover our products in the most seamless and intuitive way.

Good question. TCS Q2: USD revenue only +2.4% YoY, so the rupee did most of the work.

AI is at a US$3.1 bn run-rate, but management earlier called AI revenue "lumpy", since projects are short and need to be re-won. The crossover isn't visible yet.

[Dhruv Madia @DhruvMadia6]

TCS Q2 FY27: revenue up 11% YoY.

Strip out currency moves and it’s +2.8%. QoQ it is +0.5%.

The weaker rupee did most of the work.

The good part: AI revenue is now US$3.1 bn a year, over 10% of the business, and deals signed were US$9.6 bn.

And after the US suspended TCS, Infosys, Wipro and others from its green-card labour certification (PERM) programme, TCS says it doesnt expect an impact. Its PERM applications were “in single digits” over the last two years.

The question for IT: when does new AI work grow faster than the old work it cheapens?

Free stock research stack I use

1️⃣ Screener(dot)in

- Peer comparison, P&L, balance sheet, ratios, basic screening.

2️⃣ StockScans(dot)in

- Quarterly result scanning + live concall summaries.

3️⃣ AskFuzz(dot)ai

- askfuzz is powered by Artham, India's first SLM trained specifically on Indian financial markets.

- For deeper finance queries, connecting scattered data points.

- I usually sharpen the question first, then use AskFuzz for the finance-specific digging.

- Caveat: I still verify important numbers, especially very recent IPO/new data.

@Investors_Eye Hi @Investors_Eye, it's back on our platform. You can check! :)

From FY21 to FY26:
👥 Employees: 3,228 → 6,497
💰 Revenue: ₹773 Cr → ₹2,315 Cr

Yet valuation has fallen to its lowest level in history.

So, when does Happiest Minds become a value buy?

ITC is betting on a big shift in Eastern India’s dairy market.

In Bihar, 80%+ of consumers still buy loose milk.

ITC is trying to convert that into packaged milk, curd and value-added dairy through Aashirvaad, direct farmer sourcing and regional products like Mishti Doi.

The interesting part? The company is already the 2nd-largest dairy player in Bihar.

UPI MDR is changing the cost of investing

From October 15, capital market transactions through UPI will attract a concessional 0.02% MDR, while SIPs through UPI AutoPay remain exempt. Around 96% of UPI merchant transactions remain unaffected.

For brokers, the impact depends heavily on their payment mix. HDFC Securities, for example, has less than 2% of transactions through UPI, while discount brokers can have much higher dependence.

How could the new MDR framework reshape brokers and investor payment behaviour?

☀️ Waaree-Indosolar merger: What’s really behind the deal?

Waaree Energies plans to merge Indosolar through a 1:11 share swap, but the bigger story is not the deal size. It is about removing friction between Waaree’s cell manufacturing and Indosolar’s module business.

The merger could eliminate related-party transactions, simplify cell allocation, reduce duplicated costs and improve domestic-content traceability.

With Waaree already targeting 29 GW of module capacity by FY27, this is more about integrating the solar manufacturing chain than simply adding scale.

What does the merger mean for Waaree’s solar ambitions?

Meesho in Q1 FY27:

"Tier 4 sellers grew 125% YoY, the fastest of any tier, and Tier 2+ towns now make up 45% of our seller base. This under-served geography remains untapped by E-commerce and it's where our network is scaling fastest"

Is Tier 4 really Meesho’s growth engine?

⚠️ When regulations rewrite the stock market

Regulatory changes can do more than create short-term volatility. They can fundamentally change how a business makes money.

From IEX’s ~30% fall after market coupling plans to PB Fintech facing potential pressure on its commission model, and the governance crises at Yes Bank and DHFL, these cases show how quickly market expectations can change.

What can past regulatory shocks teach us about stocks today?
