منذ أيام كنت فى زيارة لمريض فى مستشفى راشد والتقيت صدفة بالاخ عامر الشريف المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة دبي الصحية. ومع أنه ليس بطبيب إلا أن طريقة تعامله مع المرضى وحديثه معهم كان يبعث الاطمئنان والراحة في نفوسهم. كما لاحظت أنه أثناء مروره في اروقة المستشفى يتجاذب اطراف الحديث مع الموظفين وحتى مع الفراشين ويسأل عن أحوالهم ويبتسم لهم. هذه صفات القيادة التى غرسها صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد فى أجهزة وإدارات الدولة.
