Speaking on “The Future of Law: Leadership, Technology and Nation Building,” he explored how visionary leadership, emerging technologies, and resilient institutions must work together to build safer, smarter, and more inclusive societies.

A successful digital identity system isn’t defined by technology alone; it is strengthened by the people behind it.

Following the successful inauguration of The Gambia’s National Identity Management System (NIMS), Margins ID Group conducted a comprehensive capacity-building programme for officials and technical teams who will support the implementation and day-to-day operation of the system.

Beyond technical and operational training, the programme placed strong emphasis on compliance, data protection, and ethical standards ensuring participants are equipped not only with the skills to manage the system effectively, but also with the knowledge and responsibility required to uphold the integrity, security, and trust that underpin a national identity ecosystem.

Through practical demonstrations, knowledge transfer, and guided learning, participants gained the expertise needed to deliver secure, reliable, and citizen-centred identity services.

At Margins ID Group, we believe successful digital transformation goes beyond technology. It is about empowering people, embedding a culture of compliance and ethical responsibility, and building sustainable local capacity for long-term success.

Together with Identity Management Systems (IMS) Gambia Ltd, the Gambia Immigration Department, the Gambia Police Force, and the Government of The Gambia, we are laying the foundation for a secure, trusted, inclusive, and sustainable digital identity ecosystem.

We are honoured to support a process that reminds every Ghanaian abroad that they remain an important part of our nation. No matter the distance, every citizen deserves to be recognised, included, and connected through a trusted identity.

This is more than registration. It is about belonging. It is about ensuring that Ghanaians everywhere have a place within the identity ecosystem of their country.

The registration exercise is still ongoing in Spain. Ghanaians in Spain are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity and register.
