4/ We can't guarantee that 3rd party content will work on all platforms. It is best to approach the developers of the add-on or software directly to ensure compatibility.

2/ You need to purchase Xbox Play Anywhere titles through the Xbox Store or the Windows Store to benefit from the cross-play functionality (PC Windows 10 and Console).

But we don't see any reasons why the game would be removed anytime soon.
