@PVRSupport Don't think this is an account specific issue but I can DM the requested information. This is probably caused due to PVR failing to include the venue as Passport eligible. The venue mentioned in my post only recently started accepting bookings.

@PVRSupport @_PVRCinemas I'm unable to redeem my Passport to book tickets at PVR Inox Forum Mall, Kochi despite it not being excluded from the list of applicable venues. Passport works for shows booked at PVR Lulu, Kochi without issue.

@PVRSupport Since the past couple of days, the weekly film schedule for PVR Lulu, Kochi is being put up very late which has led to me reserving seats at the last minute. By comparison, PVR Oberon, Kochi is keeping a better consistency putting up the upcoming schedule.
