Google is working on Collections support for NotebookLM.
> Users will be able to group multiple notebooks into a single collection.
> Collections will appear in a separate tab in the NotebookLM main menu.
Since Notebooks now also function as "projects" in Gemini, this may help users organize them more effectively.
Google has a hidden MCP integration config on Gemini for macOS but it is yet unclear if MCPs will ever become available over there.
Tbh, I am not getting why it is that challenging to simply enable MCPs across Gemini products.
It is quite an essential feature that opens up a ton of use cases.
It would also let Google to get more data about tool use for training.

Users will have an option to "Connect another Mac" from the attachment menu on the prompt bar.
