To clarify, we can only process a refund if the funds are held in the Trading account (custodial account) which is what we already processed. Please note that only a wallet owner has access and full control over the DeFi wallet (non-custodial), and any funds held inside it.
By design, we don't have access to users non-custodial Defi wallets, or funds. This means only you can move those assets by logging in to your Wallet using your email/wallet ID with your Password or 12 word phrase.
