@westelm bought a $700 fixture from yall. 1 of my globe bulbs broke & you’ve discontinued the fixture. On top of that you have no replacement for the glass globe & you’ve made your glass globes custom and I can’t find a replacement anywhere. Incredibly frustrating!
@westelm - bought your mid century dining table last October. Noticed a huge chip out of it yesterday and your customer service department is refusing to do anything about it. Could not be more disappointed with the quality of your furniture.
Having spent hundreds of hours interacting with capable LLMs to write code and answer complex questions (Claude, Chat GPT), it is very disappointing to send a carefully curated prompt to an "AI" assistant that can only answer pre-written questions, like @westelm's :sigh:

@WilliamsSonoma your vendor said the @westelm couch I bought has 4 defective cushions. 66% defective. 6 weeks to review the couch. Now I should wait to have new cushions sent? And you refuse to refund my money? Terrible quality and customer service. Do the ETHICAL thing. Refund!
