5 days and no response. This is terrible customer service!

@westelm your vendor said the couch I bought has 4 defective cushions. 66% defective. 6 weeks to review the couch. Now I should wait longer to have new cushions sent? And you refuse to refund my money? Terrible quality and customer service. Do the ethical thing. Give me my money!

@RepublicService I have now called and spoke to customer service 7 times over the past 5 MONTHS. Yes 7 times about the same problem. I am receiving bills and threatening emails to pay my bill even though I CANCELED SERVICE AND NO LONGER HAVE THE TRASH CANS. I'm begging- STOP!

@PayPal stood by and said they could do nothing to stop someone in the act at that moment from stealing my money.

Currently on @JetBlue 6 hour flight. Whole row monitors not working. Overheard that lead flight attendant refusing to reset monitors. Flight attdt asked twice. Offered for just me to move seats but others would need to move back to original seat to make room for me. Not ideal.

@alamo gave me an electric Mini saying it was fully charged. I drove 5 miles and the battery was low with 2 miles left. Customer service sent a tow truck but refused to send a replacement car. When I asked to talk to a manager she hung up on me. Never again.
