@Ceejays88@WhatsApp Just found out that it works if you use a vpn and say you’re in the US. So clearly a WhatsApp back end issue that they are not even acknowledging. Not impressed.
@AvivaUK None of you "alternative contact options" are helpful since I need to speak to a real person to discuss my daughter's claim. In fact, the reason I'm trying to speak to you is to find out why nobody has called me back from 4 weeks ago when I was told it would be within 14 days
@AvivaUK I've had healthcare with you for decades and am the policy administrator for my company. This is not poor customer service, it is NO customer service.
If you can't cope with this many customer stop selling policies! It is unacceptable.
@AvivaUK I spent 25 minutes waiting to speak to somebody in your healthcare claims department and gave up. I tried again just now and waited 40 minutes before giving up.
@TicketmasterUK I have tickets for offspring at SSE Wembley arena tonight and you have told me they are print at home. But yesterday you sent an email saying I needed to use SSE Wembley arena app as I’d bought through axs!? Can you confirm I just need the printed tickets?
@TicketmasterCS Yes but it only links to AXS account and I've bought the ticket with you. And your app still stays print at home although you sent an e-mail yesterday with a link to the venue app. It's all v confusing
the items and they have repeatedly said no. *Contractually* they don't have to but they could accept the return if they cared about customers. Beware, @SubduedOfficial - I won't be buying from them again.
massively disappointed with @SubduedOfficial and won't be buying from them again. My daughter had a big order but wanted to return a couple of items. We missed the 14 day cutoff to inform them (by a few days) and I politely asked customer service if we could still return
