@faridathebeauty Hello, esthetician here. These are closed comedones aka white heads. I’m not sure what you’re currently using for skin care but I recommend adding in an exfoliant twice a week after your face wash. Then apply toner, serums, if you have any, and a moisturizer. Use an spf in the AM
