“Know that there is much good in being patient with what you detest, victory will come with patience, relief will come with affliction, and
‘for indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.’” [Q 94:4-5]

Turn off the lights of your room
At first you might feel uncomfortable but soon your eyes & brain will get comfortable to it.
Leave that for days & you might adopt darkness as your reality.
Leave that for months, you might refer to person lighting the bulb as your enemy.
The secret of His 'Kun' is hidden in Tahajjud. It's the only Salah performed over the Adhan of your heart. Let it be the comfort of your sleepless nights.
The True Reality Of Fasting
Sh. Ṣāliḥ al-Fawzān حفظه الله إيمانه said: "*Fasting is not merely abandoning food, drink and desires. However, couple with that is abstaining/refraining from everything that Allāh has made ḥarām."*
