A busy few days, weekend site visit to a customer. There comms room was a little unsightly and there were some IT issues. A few hours tidying cabling, moving hardware in the rack and removing old kit and WOW what a change. Customer pleased as punch.

So today on the day in the life of an IT Support company, we have been mostly creating reports on folder usage using our utilities that interrogate folders at low level to determine when they were last accessed. The report to be submitted in a few days once complete.
