Still waiting for my own money back. No assets, very limited email help it’s a scary thing for America 🇺🇸 when regulations aren’t enforced or followed. I’ve been super patient and I’ve allowed them the opportunity to rectify the matter for me and return my assets and enable my account. I’m a licensed financial person and this is definitely not in accordance with the law. I have never had any issues using Binance all of these years until this United States website. The overseas team is so attentive to making sure that things are handled properly. I am so disappointed 😔

Still waiting two months later for my assets Wow 🤯 this is going to make a very interesting storyline. If someone buys bitcoin or ether on your platform, it should be delivered to the Wallet address. It’s a very simple process even if they’re trading it it also should be delivered. I am Just in an email thread with your team for weeks no escalation no funds , My account is disabled, and I can’t even withdraw the rest of my funds to continue. I’m missing my assets. I cannot exchange it and I cannot withdraw. What is the point of making Binance US and why is this taking Over 60 days ?

I have not withdrawn any money or made any further transactions as it is not been properly credited. I appreciate your timely response. I will give 24 hours after the holiday for a response from your team. I have only speaking to your virtual agents who are not fully equipped to handle this glitch issue. We deserve better service when it comes to funds and assets that are missing and being able to have an investigation team be placed so that we could prevent further complications and the client who is putting the asset on the exchange feel more comfortable. The answers I’ve been receiving such as I don’t know when you’re gonna get a response is unacceptable for missing funds. I appreciate your help and quick attention.
