That’s a little longer than avg I believe. Plenty of time to go through a cycle as long as the Nation is doing ok as a whole.
The jobs market is number one to watch. Feeling like a normal market overall to me right now. NJ is still a sellers market. But what does a Realtorin their 26th year know? 🤷♂️
@jonbrooks Prices will vary region to region. The generalized summing up is way off for different regions. Overall we are at the top of the channel. 25% drop is not out of the question over the next 3 years. That’s assuming “normal” economic activity. Not a extremes.
