BIG: So @rautsanjay61 goes public with a sensational charge that was only until now being whispered in Maharashtra power corridors. One of the Sena (UBT) MPs Om Raje Nimbalkar he claims was told that if he wants a favourable verdict in his father’s murder case in special CBI court, he has to switch sides. The verdict was to come yesterday and has been pushed now to 19th. If true, it raises a very troubling Qs: are court verdicts also now decided by party loyalties?
@sardesairajdeep There is only one way I can see this to stop - ordinary citizen should raid MP & MLAs residence instead ED & CBI. There has to be fullstop on this bizarre.. our kid are laughing at us now.. what kind of leaders we have choosen that ready to sell themselves on the drop of a hat ?
I think the government & its chamchas are making a mistake in telling the middle class that it’s fine to let the rupee collapse having said the opposite when the BJP was in opposition
Every time some stooge says something dismissive like this, public anger grows. We are not fools
@sabeer No doubt india is incredible. Its thriving due some great alive indians. Indian politics has become a deep shit hole, need honest & sincere people to lead. Else not far we may move again to pre independence eras.
Indian future is in safe hand... they know what is justice, freedom and their rights. I wouldn't be surprised if he wouldn't hesitate to pleas in his own case in any court. Let's have a open debate. Trust SC will also take this on right spirit and encourage.
A final-year law student, Rishi Kumar from Tamil Nadu National Law University, refuses to delete his blog criticising the Supreme Court… despite pressure from his own university.
Why?
Because the administration allegedly received calls from advocates, judges, and others claiming the post harms the institution’s “reputation.”
The blog titled “The Supreme Court of India Has No Spine” questioned the court’s decision to ban an NCERT textbook chapter on judicial corruption.
But here’s the real issue:
A law student is being told to silence himself… for expressing a legal opinion.
His response?
Clear and powerful:
“My opinions are mine… you do not own my voice or my conscience.”
He even said he’s ready to face disciplinary action rather than back down.
This isn’t just about one blog.
This is about academic freedom vs institutional pressure.
If law students… the future of the judiciary are discouraged from questioning the system,
then who exactly is allowed to question it?
Criticism of institutions ≠ disrespect.
Silencing criticism = weakening democracy.
@RubikaLiyaquat watan ki tarakki unke logon me maujud hai... naki road or industries me.
When people of country are happy and prosperous, country will develop not other way round. Burning example is india. GDP is growing due to few industrialists but poor are getting poorer.
Can @ArvindKejriwal@msisodia or other accused by different departments and scot free later should file for compensation. It should be a lesson for others.
BIG: All Accused Including Arvind Kejriwal @ArvindKejriwal , Manish Sisodia @msisodia Discharged In Liquor Policy Case, Delhi Court Raps CBI For Lapses. So was this another case where CBI was used to settle political scores? Who will give them back the time they spent behind bars?
