The delay is due to record errors from the department side yet the beneficiary is suffering

@VpGautham_ias For 6 months my Housing Board work is pending. Officers admit the mistake is theirs but still no correction The concerned officer Sri P. Prasad is never available. Even the MUNPL app shows the issue. Sir I’ve gone many times, but they just say “ho jaata, jao”
