seedance 2.5 running straight off a script is actually insane

this whole 27 second video is ONE generation, nothing stitched

the only thing i wrote was what she says. no prompt, and it cost about $5

every seedance post on this app right now is a prompt template with timestamps and a negative stack

i haven't written one since june

the setup i use reads the script and handles the rest itself, which is why the hands and the bottle come back right without me describing either

it's the best output i've had from any model and i'm still barely seeing anyone run it this way

google’s omni + ai ugc is getting kind of ridiculous

this whole skincare ad came from a single prompt

no real creator
no filming
no stitching clips together
no building every shot one by one

the angle was simple: “my face looked dull no matter what i used”

then the model handled the talking head, product closeups, expressions and pacing in one coherent creative

and the scary part is it looks almost indistinguishable from normal ugc

after a lot of testing, i found a workflow that makes these ads feel way less “ai” and way more native

so i’m giving away the system:
