@BritishGas what's going on? You've continuously rescheduled an emergency call out for a leaking radiator and faulty boiler in my parents house for 2 months now. What's worse is that you're totally unwilling to help when contacted. Unacceptable, horrendous customer service.

@AmazonHelp Good morning, I am unaware of the carrier company as I was not at home when the package was delivered, hence asking them to leave it in my safe place inside the front porch, and there is no mention of the carrier on any email correspondence I received.
Disappointed with @PapaJohnsUK Mutley Plain for cancelling my order this evening because they 'don't have enough drivers working'. Offered no apology or any alternative store delivery. Will not be using an unreliable company like this again.
@Verifone there are a lot of disgruntled customers like myself at the moment unable to get through to your helpdesk and still no official word from you on this global issue. Please can you confirm what is happening.
