@MGMotorIn @rajeevchaba MG India needs to focus on post sales service and Customer Experience. It is pathetic and I was one who use to appraise MG but now regretting to purchase a MG car. complaints are open since 45 days including items stolen at @MGNoida #CustomerExperience

@MGMotorIn @Adobe Worse post sale service, Pathetic support by @MGMotorIn . My complaints are open since 1 month and every time when I ask the status - it is WIP. This way MG is going to loose the trust in Indian market. I regret to buy an MG vehicle.

There are several instances where Customers are suffering, including me who is fooled in the name of “3 years maintenance plan” and charging huge amount during Service. Beware of the trap. Technology is good but I doubt team

You have pathetic post sales Service and no one is even listening to Customer Complaints. I am regretting for purchasing a MG Hector, had High expectations, but MG failed to meet my expectations.
Please take time out and look into Customer concerns.

@MGMotorIn, Not sure what you can help now, as i was requesting support from all levels but no one listened, I took my Car back from MG Noida by unnecessary paying the amount they asked. Now I am planning to sell the Car to avoid any future relationship with MG india

A good Vehicle with best features in its class but worse post sale service and Customer experience.

@gssjodhpur @harshcha PM की रैली में लोग नहीं आए - मज़ाक़ लगता है । एक बार ज़मीनी स्तर पर उतर कर try करे तो पता चल जाएगा की कौन कौन आएगा - कही ज़मीन कम ना पड़ जाए ।
