The @HajMinistry must issue full refunds to all @Motawif_SA package holders. They must show remorse and stop any imminent online portal plans for Umrah and Hajj in 1444. We cannot let the ambition of an incompetent organisation ruin pilgrimages like they have this Hajj.

For the last 6 weeks we have experienced the greatest scam in history on the Hujjaj. The @HajMinistry @MoHU_En are the perpetrators of this scam. They must own it. They must be called out. They must not be allowed to hurt pilgrims like this again.
