1. What is this 'Cute Fee'? Do you charge users for being cute? Or do you charge because you believe that your aeroplanes are cute?
2. What is this 'User Development Fee'? How do you develop me when I travel in your aeroplane?
3. What is this 'Aviation Security Fee'? Am I not paying taxes to the Government for ensuring my safety when I travel? Or has @MoCA_GoI outsourced aviation security to businesses?

@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence There is not a minute delay for charging late payment fine but having raised connectivity concerns over last 6 months, taking 18 days plus commitment to resolve each of it and that too in heart of the silicon city #bangalore
@Borosil having bought an electric equipment in Feb’23 , just within 4M of usage it got damaged, a complaint was formally registered with customer care in July’23. The area service dealer is not able to resolve it though under warranty I expected it would be replaced #service
@Airtel_Presence What action was taken on my earlier service requests? Having no hope in #Airtel I have been forced to plan porting my number to some other network that has better connectivity instead of continuing with this fake exaggerated claims of #Airtel5G connectivity
@Airtel_Presence Yes it has been the same case for earlier raised tickets, after a month of keeping in progress the issues are resolved without taking any confirmation from the customer.
