India’s space sector has achieved a new milestone with the launch of the world’s first OptoSAR satellite and the largest privately built satellite in the country under Mission Drishti by @GalaxEye.
This will strengthen our capabilities in advanced Earth observation and strategic applications.
This achievement reflects the visionary leadership of PM Shri @narendramodi ji and the transformative push for startups, innovation, and robust public private partnerships.
The young of India are incredible!
Just see what this team has accomplished, right here in our backyard - in Bengaluru.
In addition to the @GalaxEye team, would like to extend my Congratulations to the investors who have shown the faith in the audacity of this young start up.
It’s when the ‘ecosystem’ - tech talent, investors, enabling govt policy - all converges, that such success arrives.
A proud moment for India’s space trajectory! The successful launch of @GalaxEye’s Mission Drishti is a milestone towards persistent, all-weather Earth observation.
Congratulations to @GalaxEye on the first cutting-edge OptoSAR marking notable step in India’s commercial EO architecture! @isro@INSPACeIND
Mission Drishti by GalaxEye marks a major achievement in our space journey. The successful launch of the world’s first OptoSAR satellite and the largest privately-built satellite in India is a testament to our youth’s passion for innovation and nation-building.
Heartiest congratulations and best wishes to the founders and the entire team of GalaxEye.

“Drishti” is the world’s first OptoSAR satellite. Developed by the Indian startup, this 190-kg satellite combines optical sensors (EO) and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) to deliver high-resolution, all-weather, day-and-night imaging. It enables comprehensive data for defence, agriculture, and infrastructure.
@Olacabs where is your customer support? Why is it not mentioned in your app anywhere? We can't connect to a customer support executive in case of emergencies. This is highly irresponsive behaviour. Objectionable!
@ola_supports@Olacabs I tried contacting the customer support executive but there is no option on the app, only a chatbot which doesn't solve the query. It also says therefund has been processed but I haven't received any till now.
@ola_supports@Olacabs I recently booked a cab from Bengaluru T1 terminal airport to the city area. After the ride, driver asked for extra cash for toll, but the fare breakup shows it is already covered in the initial amount. It has been more than a month that I am waiting for it to resolve.
