The art of the deal:
pay billions of dollars to take offshore wind farms offline
then pay hundreds of millions of more to prop up coal plants

BREAKING: We just filed a complaint asking the Defense Department inspector general and While House counsel to investigate a $620 million loan to Vulcan Elements, a rare earth company linked to Donald Trump Jr. https://t.co/xMNNgU5WOQ
NEW UPDATE: At least 40 pardoned insurrectionists have faced other criminal charges since January 6, 2021—with 12 offending since Trump’s pardon.
That includes child sex abuse, weapons, reckless driving and rape, underscoring the public safety threat posed by the pardons.
UPDATE: Dulce Diaz was in fact a U.S. citizen and the Trump admin has now acknowledged the fact and issued her a passport. Below was DHS’s angry (and utterly false) claim to the contrary.
Proof that, yes, ICE has at times detained US citizens in error.
In reaction to Pride Month posts, TPUSA’s Nathan Roberts has threatened to cancel ***checks notes*** his season tickets for six teams across six different states.
Trump's illegal $1.776 billion slush fund needs to be shut down permanently.
It looks like our pressure is working but we're not going to stop pushing until the fund is truly shuttered, once and for all. https://t.co/pQuiIwcNVe
NEW: We filed a complaint over Stephen Miller's violation of the Hatch Act when he attacked a Senate candidate in his official capacity.
Miller's disturbing comments are emblematic of the Trump administration’s core vices: corruption, bigotry and election interference.
The Trump admin is quietly deleting info about the Capitol attack from the DOJ website as it prepares to give funds to J6ers. This week, DOJ deleted a press release about one man with an ongoing child solicitation case who came to the Capitol with bear spray. Before and after:
BREAKING: We sued the DOJ, Treasury Department and IRS to block the Trump admin from handing out $1.8 billion in taxpayer funds to Trump's allies who claim to be victims of government weaponization.
This settlement is one of the single most corrupt acts in American history.
Dear @RepRalphNorman: Please watch this video. You and I were Members of Congress when January 6 happened. Remember?
Happy to bring police officers who were assaulted on January 6 to your office so they can explain to you how they got their injuries.
Tillis: These people don't deserve restitution. Many of them deserve to be in prison. This is just stupid on stilts.
Reporter: Do you think you have colleagues that share the same concerns—
Tillis: They do and they need to speak up. This is beyond the pale. This is not good for my colleagues. There's not one positive thing that could be spun out of this between now and November. This is bad policy. It's bad timing, and it's bad politics
NEW: Sixteen Trump-appointed EPA officials were paid more than $2.8 million by chemical companies and trade groups before they joined the agency that oversees the industry, according to CREW analysis.
New: Enrique Tarrio, other Jan 6 defendants hope for $2+ million from Trump's $1.8B "weaponization" fund.
A lawyer for 400+ Jan 6ers told me the fund isn't big enough.
Tarrio said those who assaulted police should get $$ because they were "overprosecuted."

NEW: Far-right network OAN might seek $$$ from DOJ's 'anti-weaponization fund." Tina Peters' lawyer says it's "great news." Mike Lindell claims he lost $400 million. Fake electors and convicted J6ers are elated & eyeing payments. w/ @HolmesLybrand@donie https://t.co/DwU8uXbWZ2
BREAKING: We just won a preliminary injunction in our case with @FreedomofPress requiring the Trump administration to follow the Presidential Records Act and preserve records for posterity.
This is a huge win against their absurd stance that the law is unconstitutional.
Tillis rips Trump’s $1.8B weaponization fund:
“Imagine that — a fund that is set up to compensate people who assaulted Capitol police officers? People that had pled guilty to physical acts against the president may actually be able to get compensated.
“How absurd is that sound coming out of my mouth?”
