Last week, DASN (Installations & Facilities) Ms. Johnson-Turner joined @DeptofWar & NC state leaders to celebrate the opening of Fleet Readiness Center East’s new Global TransPark facility. This historic investment expands aviation maintenance capacity & strengthens the fleet.

Today, I spoke with our newest Navy Flag Officers, Marine Corps General Officers, and Senior Executives.

My message to them was clear: people are our ultimate weapon system.

While our strategic goals are set, those plans mean nothing without the Sailors and Marines who execute them. As leaders, we are stewards—we must provide the housing, resources, and leadership our people need to build resilience, maintain integrity, and win.

We are one naval team. Let's get to work.
