Like one is applying to claim the whole bank @RBI kyc is required again, heir cert for less than Rs. 60000, notarize twice on 2 stamp papers for 1 claim, in person submission!How can lay persons deal?

@Grofers Hello, delivery of last two orders is not contactless. The delivery agent opens the sealed package, handles each item and photographs the package delivered. Can I request this please be avoided? ORD406333084 . Thank you

@Grofers It's fine for a delivery agent to photograph the sealed package at delivery. But handling each item at delivery and then photographing the opened bag is the issue. It's not contactless.
