俳優・シンガー

Vachirawit "Bright" Chivaaree は、タイを代表する国際的な俳優・アーティストの一人です。彼のキャリアは、タイのエンターテインメントが国のソフトパワーとして世界的な存在感を高めていく歩みと重なり、その発展を支えてきました。

2020年に主演した『2gether The Series』で大ブレイク。この作品は、タイ発コンテンツ、とりわけBLやGL作品がアジア全域で大きな商業的成功を収める流れの先駆けとなりました。現在では、このジャンルは韓流（Korean Wave）と並ぶ文化現象として語られ、タイ外務省も正式にタイのソフトパワー戦略の一環として位置付けています。

その後も『F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers』、『Astrophile』、『Congrats My Ex!』、『Love You to Debt』などで主演を務めました。

音楽活動でもアジア各国でヒットを記録し、88risingからリリースした「Long Showers」をはじめ、数々の楽曲が高い評価を獲得。さらに、Rolling LoudやSummer Sonicといった世界的な音楽フェスティバルのメインステージにも出演しています。

ファッション界でも存在感を放ち、Burberryとadidasのグローバルアンバサダーを務めるほか、Gentle Monsterのブランドパートナーとしても活動。さらに、Calvin Klein、Vespa、Kiehl’sのグローバルキャンペーンに起用され、Acne StudiosやVetementsのファッションウィークにも参加しています。

2024年には、タイ人アーティストとして初めて Met Galaに招待されました。これは、世界各地のファッションウィークで活躍するタイ人クリエイターたちの存在感が高まる流れを象徴する出来事でもあります。また、Forbes 30 Under 30 Asiaに選出され、世界のファッション業界を代表する人物を選ぶBoF 500のメンバーでもあります。

俳優・アーティストとしての活動に加え、2020年にはファッション＆ライフスタイルブランドASTRO Stuffsを設立。さらに2023年には、次世代のタイ人アーティストを支援することを目的とした芸能マネジメント会社Cloud9 Entertainmentを創業しました。

現在は、音楽・映画・ファッション・ビジュアルカルチャーといった幅広い分野で活動し、バンコク、ソウル、ロンドン、ロサンゼルスを拠点とするクリエイターたちと積極的にコラボレーションを行っています。
