@JDMahama if citizens do not have adequate waste collection points or bins for the municipality to collect their refuse, it becomes very difficult to manage waste effectively. As a result, people may inadvertently dispose of waste indiscriminately, which can clog drains and worsen flooding

@JDMahama Respectfully, Mr. President, this is an engineering issue that requires a properly designed drainage system like this. At the same time, if citizens do not have adequate waste collection points for the municipality to collect their refuse, it becomes very difficult to manage
