This morning I passed my doctorate viva - Dr Chiara Mansfield ๐ฉ๐ฝโ๐a qualified Sport and Exercise Psychologist!
A huge thanks to my supervisors @Nick_Wadsworth Dr Eubank & @paula_watson for all the support and my examiners @DrJoanneButt and Dr Lowry for an amazing viva experience!
26. Your brain is a muscle. You can train you mind to think, feel and do amazing things in life. Practice and tell yourself what you want to think and feel.
27. Believing in yourself is the best thing you can do.
In honour of my 27th birthday (today ๐ฅณ) I wanted to share some personal life lessons that I have learnt so far ๐
So grateful and blessed for this amazing opportunity of life.

23. If you can only give 40% one day, you still gave 100% of what you could on that day.
24. Working on your physical and psychological wellbeing is key. Create a balanced lifestyle.
25. Be open to seeing everyday as a learning opportunity. You can learn from everyone.
