Small business friends, what are we using instead of P/ayPal?

Got hit with my first scam unfortunately. Item was delivered and client still issued a chargeback with no contact of why.
Despite proof of delivery/tracking receipts PP sided in their favor, so I’m out the item/the $

Unfortunately I shipped the item through UPS and they had USPS do the final delivery. So despite having insurance both companies are telling me they’re not responsible for paying it out 😵‍💫

I normally focus on pre-mades, but want to expand my portfolio a bit more. I would love to make a grumpy kitty or shepherd, but no species is off the table for me.
