@_sakuria but, these two buffs are about the same in m+, it's mostly a single target change for boomies (if anything the shadow priest buff is slightly better in m+)

@MagdalenaDK @ReniatDK Didn't this end up being a misunderstanding due to a poorly phrased hotfix? (i.e. the actual change was that damage absorbed by AMS didn't generate Resolve, not that the shield size didn't scale with resolve on cast)
