A lot of us thought that development, employment and business opportunities would be an antidote for radicalisation and separatism. I have had Kashmiri colleagues, well paid, fairly decent people, but they are fairly clear that they will never integrate. Don’t do that. But at least use this as a peaceful compromise, we give you opportunities, tourism dollars and you don’t collude with cross border handlers? I guess even that isn’t enough, there is no compromise, there is no peace until you are annihilated.

@IndexofGujarat There is big talent gap in Gujarat and school and college education are the responsible for that. Unnecessary privatisation, frequently changing school curriculum but not strategic and in depth changes which can give edge in competitive exams and professionalism.
@IndexofGujarat@UpdatesChennai Automobile Ecosystem is still growing in Guj while it is mature industry in TN. TN is ahead in terms of skilled workforce.
Even Maharashtra is also better in terms of skilled workforce.
PS. I am from Gujarat.
