@BBCNews Maybe if there had been a rethink of the 2014 policy of merging cytology departments resulting in the loss of jobs of many highly qualified and experienced staff things would be different. Hub and spoke would have worked. Short sighted disaster for all. NHS politics!!!!!!

Frustrated 😥 @asda delivery not received last Thursday, no update or explanation, we all know problems can happen and understand. Money was still taken from my account next day!!However after three on line communications I still have to wait 24-48 hours for a refund. Not happy
