السيد الرئيس،
السيدات عضوات الفريق العامل،

نود أن نلفت انتباهكم إلى التمييز الممنهج والانتهاكات الخطيرة التي تتعرضلها النساء الصحراويات في الأراضي الواقعة تحت سيطرة الدولة المغربية فيالصحراء الغربية، والتي تمثل شكلًا من أشكال العنف القائم على النوعالاجتماعي في سياق احتلال طويل الأمد ومتنازع عليه.

تعاني النساء الصحراويات المدافعات عن حقوق الإنسان من نمط متصاعد منالاستهداف يشمل المراقبة المستمرة، التشهير، الاعتقال التعسفي، العنفالجنسي، والإقصاء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي. وتشير تقارير ميدانية، من بينهاتقرير "صمود في المقاومة"، إلى أن هذه الممارسات تمثل سياسة ممنهجةتهدف إلى إسكات الأصوات المطالبة بحق الشعب الصحراوي في تقريرمصيره، عبر كسر إرادة النساء وإقصائهن من المجال العام.

تُستخدم الأعراف الاجتماعية المرتبطة بالشرف والوصمة كسلاح إضافيلتجريد النساء من الحماية المجتمعية، مما يضاعف من أثر الانتهاكات ويجعلضحايا العنف أكثر عرضة للعزلة والتهميش.

إن استمرار غياب آلية أممية دائمة لرصد حقوق الإنسان في الصحراء الغربية، ورفض الدولة المغربية السماح بدخول المقررين الخاصين، بما فيهم المعنيينبالتمييز والعنف ضد النساء، يساهم في تفاقم حالة الإفلات من العقاب، ويقوّض وصول النساء إلى سبل الإنصاف الدولية.

لذلك، نهيب بالفريق العامل أن:

يُدرج أوضاع النساء الصحراويات ضمن أولوياته المستقبلية، ويخصصفقرات واضحة في تقاريره القادمة لتسليط الضوء على التمييز المتعدد الأوجهالذي يتعرضن له؛

ان يدعو إلى تمكين آليات الأمم المتحدة من الوصول غير المشروط إلى الصحراءالغربية، بما يشمل زيارات ميدانية للفريق العامل والمقررين المعنيين بالعنف ضدالمرأة والمدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان؛

وان يؤكد في توصياته على ضرورة إدماج البعد القائم على النوع الاجتماعيفي كافة أشكال الرصد والتقارير المتعلقة بالصحراء الغربية.

Another gang member has been arrested in connection with the arson against @GlobalAktion on January 13. A 20-year-old Somali national, registered as a gang member, will face a preliminary court hearing on Saturday. #Copenhagen #Nørrebro #Arson #GangCrime

UPDATE: A 19-year-old man pleads not guilty to arson on @GlobalAktion office. The man got 21 days in prison. The police believe that there are more people behind.
