A lot more is being spent on climate change with clear benefactors (scientists, universities, green industries), but not so clear results in regards to saving lives. Do you agree the priorities are off here?

A 70% mitigation through grid hardening seems like a good idea. How much would it cost to do that? Are there any politicians talking about it?
