@tobi have some pretty major shopify - gcp (cloud run) connectivity issues since ~1,5 days, which completely shut down our services. multiple parties with ongoing discussions on the shopify forums - is there any way to get in touch with the technical shopify team to escalate?

@liam_at_shopify @tobi forcing to ipv4 has indeed resolved the issue, instant response times going to <1secs

@tobi after a lot of troubleshooting it turns out to be related to outgoing traffic using ipv6 (and europe regions) - forcing outgoing traffic to shopify using ipv4 resolves the problems - request durations from graphql api instantly go from 100s+ to <1s
