HSE report for 1st quarter 2021 just landed in our inbox. In North Dublin, 6% of assessment reports were completed on time. National average? 14%. That's 14% of our kids having their legal entitlements met. This is state neglect.

HSE 4th Quarter Annual Report 2020, gotten through FOI request. 16,466 children awaiting initial assessment for Speech and Language Therapy. Broken into CHO and age brackets. We are not honourring UN convention on rights of persons with disabilities.

Today's data: Speech and Language: No of 0-17 yr olds awaiting initial assessment AND how long they've been waiting for, broken down by CHO. The Disability Act says that AON must be commenced within 3 months and completed within 6. Future tribunals are made of this stuff.
