it overwhelms me to think that Our Lady was never an afterthought in the mind of God. from all eternity, in His infinite wisdom and power, He willed to prepare for His Incarnate Son a Mother perfectly fashioned by grace.

He didn't simply give us a doctrine to know or a path to follow; He also gave us a Mother whose whole being magnifies Him, whose humility crushes pride, whose purity reflects His holiness, and whose intercession draws poor sinners closer to the Sacred Heart of her Son.

My priest at church was talking about a study he saw where like 30% of Catholics didn’t think the Eucharist was the body and blood of Christ and he went on a rant about it and got everyone to say that it was the body and blood. Very reasonable and holy crash out.
