@worgengirl You’re right about all, except therapy dogs. Assistance dogs have public access rights and are trained for one individual, therapy dogs do not have PA rights and are trained to help many people.

@lifechallengesy @ShibiTCT @asda There’s no ‘papers’. There’s scam websites that take your money and give you a fake certificate saying you can take your dog anywhere. Service dog handlers are constantly educating that there are no ‘papers’ or ID. Google is free.

@StagecoachEScot It wasn’t anything to do with the app. The bus was cancelled, then it wasn’t cancelled because a bus was magically found. Nothing was updated.

@StagecoachEScot 30 minutes late, and the driver almost drove past us when we were standing exactly where every single driver has told us to stand. Then said that she thought we were waiting to cross the road… there was no cars, and the road had been clear for at least 5 minutes.

@StagecoachEScot Left a lot of kids stranded at school in minus temperatures. Same issue as the morning 8:45 bus, either kids can’t get home or they can’t get to school. Can’t other buses be cancelled before these ones??

@StagecoachEScot can I get the link for the complaint form please? Multiple passengers have just left the bus quite a distance from their stop due to the wreckless driving of the driver. 43 12:15 from Arbroath Bus Station to Cliffburn.

@StagecoachEScot It’s the 08:45 43 bus you posted about being cancelled. It’s getting cancelled far too often now, cancel the one before or after it! I doubt Stagecoach will reimburse the parents taxi fees?
